Fan goes overboard on Diplo's cruise

Members of the Coast Guard are searching for a female fan who went overboard during the Mad Decent Boat Party cruise featuring electronic dance stars Diplo and Skrillex on Thursday (12Nov15).

Hours after the Norwegian Pearl cruise ship left the Port of Miami in Florida on Thursday afternoon, a woman reportedly fell into the water, and the boat was immediately stopped as two life boats were sent out to search for the missing passenger.

Coast Guard officials were then contacted, and a search near the coast of Cuba is underway.

Hundreds of fans are currently aboard the cruise, which was headed to Cozumel, Mexico, and set to return to Miami on Sunday (15Nov15).

The annual event, hosted by Diplo's record label, was slated to feature sets from the DJ, Skrillex, Dillon Francis, A-Trak and Major Lazer.
