Eva Mendes' stress over fashion line launch

Eva Mendes has faced constant demands from her siblings for wardrobe tips since announcing plans for her fashion line.

The Hitch star has teamed up with clothing giant New York & Company to create her own women's line, which she launched in New York on Wednesday (18Sep13).

However, the actress has been lumbered with constant requests from her sisters to make them look good since stepping into the world of fashion.

She tells the Huffington Post, "The challenging part of this process was knowing that I had women, especially my sisters, counting on me to make them look good. I take this very seriously.

"There isn't a piece in my collection that I won't wear. I can't wait to get feedback from women about what works for them and what doesn't. I hope I don't disappoint them!"

Mendes' designs are set to hit stores on Friday (20Sep13).
