Eva Longoria upset about tabloid lies
Actress Eva Longoria has fired back at "lies" in a tabloid which suggest she has warned pal Jessica Simpson not to wed on 11-11-11.
The Desperate Housewives star wed basketball player Tony Parker on 7 July, 2007 (07-07-07) and the marriage unravelled last year (10), ending in divorce - and now the former couple no longer speaks to one another.
In Touch magazine has reported that "suspicious" Longoria didn't
want her friend to suffer the same fate, so has urged her to
reconsider the all-elevens wedding date.
But the actress has taken to her Twitter.com account to blast the
story, writing, "Wow, some dumb magazine (InTouch) is reporting I
told Jessica Simpson to cancel her wedding date because I'm
superstitious! So not true! My denial is at end of story but they
ran it anyway. Makes no sense how they can lie to the public."
Reports suggest Simpson is to wed former footballer Eric Johnson
this winter (11), but the engaged couple has reportedly postponed
its big day amid rumours the singer is pregnant. The blonde beauty
has yet to respond to the pregnancy reports.
