EMMY ROSSUM AND ADAM DURITZ SPLIT

Emmy Rossum and her rocker boyfriend Adam Duritz have split.

The Phantom of the Opera star started dating the Counting Crows frontman last year (09) following her separation from husband Jason Siegel.

But the pair parted ways two months ago, according to USA Today.

Rossum tells the publication, "We're still very close friends."
