Elsa Pataky mourning loss of grandmother

Spanish actress Elsa Pataky has paid a touching tribute to her grandmother following her death last week (ends19Sep15).

The Fast & Furious beauty took to Instagram.com on Thursday (17Sep15), and posted a sweet photo of her grandmother looking lovingly at one of the three kids Pataky shares with actor husband Chris Hemsworth.

In the post, the actress wrote, "My grandmother passed away yesterday at 95 years old. Ever since I was little I Told Her She Could not leave this world Until i had children of my own and She Could meet them.

"I'm so thankful we all got to share special times together. Such. Wherever you are I know you will always help take care of them. Will miss you so much Roza. Thanks for always taking care of me too."

Pataky and Hemsworth are parents to daughter India Rose, three, and twin sons Tristan and Sasha, one.
