Eddie Redmayne honored at Italian film festival

British actor Eddie Redmayne has been honored with a special prize at the Turin Film Festival in Italy.
The Les Miserables star landed the Maserati Torino award for his role as physicist Stephen Hawking in acclaimed new drama The Theory of Everything, and he picked up the trophy during a reception at the event in Turin on Tuesday (25Nov14).
The honor comes amid a slew of prizes for the rising star, who is
also slated to receive a best actor award at the Palm Springs
International Film Festival in California in January (15).
The 32nd Turin Film Festival runs until 29 November (14).
