Ed Sheeran has become the third artist to land a billion plays for a single song on top streaming service Spotify.
His hit Shape of You crossed the billion mark on Thursday (08Jun17), just weeks after the track became the first tune to spend its first 20 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 in the top five.
The only other tunes to hit a billion plays on Spotify are Drake's One Dance, which was the first song to hit the mark in December, 2016, and The Chainsmokers' Closer.
