Ed Sheeran has scored a 13th week at the top of the U.K. pop charts with his Shape Of You hit.

The singer/songwriter is now just three more weeks away from tying the record for the longest run at number one in Britain.

Bryan Adams holds that title with 16 weeks on top with (Everything I Do) I Do It For You in 1991.

Meanwhile, Wet Wet Wet and Drake have each spent 15 weeks at number one with Love Is All Around and One Dance.

The main challenger to Sheeran's top spot this week is Ed himself - his track Galway Girl sits at two, while Clean Bandit and Zara Larsson’s collaboration, Symphony, comes in third.

Drake’s Passionfruit and Something Just Like This by Chainsmokers and Coldplay round out the new top five.

Meanwhile, Sheeran leads the album chart for a fifth week, with Divide.

Rag ‘N’ Bone Man’s Human and Drake's More Life round out the top three, while Jamiroquai's Automaton debuts at four and Take That's Wonderland drops to five.
