DRAKE MAKES POOR KIDS' CHRISTMAS WISHES COME TRUE

Drake is helping to make this Christmas (09) one to remember for impoverished children in Los Angeles by encouraging fans to donate new toys for charity.

The Best I Ever Had rapper is calling on Californians to give generously and bring unopened gifts to Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza Mall on Saturday (05Dec09), where he will reward them with an autograph signing.

Those taking part in the Winter Wonderland Celebration toy drive will also get the chance to win a private meet and greet with the rapper, reports AllHipHop.com.

The toys will then be distributed to those less fortunate.

And mall manager, Ben Richardson, is grateful to Drake for his help.

 

He says, "We are very appreciative of Drake's support of the toy drive and efforts to extend the Christmas spirit to children who may not otherwise receive gifts this season."
