DJ splits from husband following Harry Styles rumors

A radio DJ who allegedly had a fling with One Direction star Harry Styles has split from her husband, less than two months after rumors of the affair emerged.

Lucy Horobin, 33, reportedly got close to the 18-year-old singer last year (11) after they met at a radio station where she worked in Manchester, England.

Reports linking the pair surfaced on 24 June (12), and Lucy Horobin was forced to close her account on Twitter.com just days later after she was bombarded with abusive tweets for dating a younger man.

The DJ was said to be working on repairing her relationship with husband Oliver Pope, but it has now emerged they have decided to part ways - although a spokesperson for Lucy Horobin insists the split is unrelated to the reports linking her to Harry Styles.

The representative tells Britain's Daily Mirror, "Over the past few weeks both Lucy and her husband have agreed to end their marriage and decided to go their separate ways.

"The split has nothing to do with recent speculation and they would request their privacy is maintained through this difficult time."
