She left rehab in January (11) but is reportedly continuing with counselling as she begins to relaunch her career.

Lovato has now revealed she recently went under the needle to have the words "Stay Strong" and a little heart inked on her wrists to remind her of the support she received during her treatment.

In a video message posted on her Facebook.com page, she says, "The journey that I went through and the support of my fans was so meaningful to me that I wanted to thank my fans in a way that I know can never be forgotten. So I went ahead and I got a little heart tattoo on my wrist... Together they say Stay Strong, but this one has a heart... It's something that my fans were actually drawing on their wrists while I was still in treatment. Some people even got tattoos of it, so I wanted to show you guys that I will never forget the support that you guys gave me.

"I will look at it every day and remember you guys and be completely thankful for you."

She has also revived her Twitter.com page after deleting the account at the height of her troubles, and re-posted messages from her fans gushing about her new tattoos, ending with the words "Stay Strong".
