Demi Lovato is new face of Skechers

Singer/actress Demi Lovato has signed on as the new spokesmodel for footwear brand Skechers.

The Skyscraper hitmaker, 21, will follow in the footsteps of fellow former Disney stars Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears by fronting the company's new marketing and social media campaigns until 2016.

Celebrating the deal, Lovato says, "My generation grew up with Skechers, and now with all of their cool styles and fun colors, I'm excited to help introduce the collection to a new generation by sharing this incredible brand's campaign with my Lovatics (fans)!"
