Daniel Radcliffe starstruck after meeting Tom Brady

American football superfan Daniel Radcliffe was left starstruck after meeting one of the sports' top figures, New England Patriots Super Bowl-winning quarterback Tom Brady, at a party.

The Harry Potter star has worked with some of the most iconic movie stars and thespians, but it was Brady and his wife Gisele Bundchen who had him babbling like a smitten schoolboy.

He says, "(When) I get really starstruck I don't freeze up as much as I attack people with compliments. The worse it's ever been is I met Tom Brady once... I'm a big American football fan, I'm an obsessive NFL fan.

"He was with Gisele (and) I must have been the first person to totally ignore her. I just went, 'You're so cool, you're awesome. Just continue doing what you're doing,' and just left. I barely gave him the chance to reply.

"As I was walking away, I did hear Gisele go, 'He's so cute,' which I was like, 'Yes!'"
