Cyrus: 'Demi's problems are nobody's business'

Teenage superstar Miley Cyrus has urged fans to stop speculating about Demi Moore's personal troubles, insisting it's "nobody's business" what's going on in the actress' private life.

The Ghost star, who split from husband Ashton Kutcher last November (11), reportedly checked into the Cirque Lodge rehabilitation center in Utah last week (ends05Feb12) following a health crisis in January (12), when she was admitted to hospital in a semi-conscious state after suffering convulsions.

Moore's representative claimed the actress had been receiving treatment for "stress" and "exhaustion", but rumors have been swirling online suggesting drugs were involved in her collapse.

Cyrus was recently alleged to have defended Moore in an online rant, in which she reportedly wrote, "Everyone needs to leave Demi alone. She's been through so much the past year. She doesn't need the c**p. how can you talk c**p on someone you don't know. The media makes everyone in Hollywood seem 'weak,' 'stupid,' or 'unbalanced'... Just because she's in Hollywood doesn't mean she's on drugs. NOT EVERYONE IS ON DRUGS!!!"

But the Party in the U.S.A. hitmaker, who befriended Moore in 2010 while playing her movie daughter in upcoming film LOL, insists the post is a hoax - because she would "never" discuss a friend's struggles with the public.

In a post on Twitter.com on Sunday (05Feb12), she wrote, "Why do people make stuff up. Demi has been nothing but a great friend 2 (sic) me & I'll never speak out on her private life! It's nobody's business."
