David and Victoria Beckham's 11-year-old son Cruz is making a charge for the top of the holiday charts with a new Christmas single.

Just hours after it was revealed Scooter Braun, the mastermind behind Justin Bieber's success, has signed the youngster to his roster, Cruz is planning to release his first song, If Every Day Was Christmas.

The tune will premiere on Britain's Capital FM radio network on Wednesday (07Dec16).

Proceeds from sales will benefit Global's Make Some Noise charity.

Announcing the big news via Twitter on Tuesday (06Dec16), Cruz writes: "My first single #IfEveryDayWasChristmas is out tomorrow! Hear it on @CapitalOfficial at 7.30am."

He teased the big announcement on his Instagram page, which he set up on Monday (05Dec16), posting photos of himself backstage at the Capital Jingle Bell Ball over the weekend and writing: "Welcome to my new page. Something exciting to share with you all this week!"

And he already has a fan in Bieber, who was impressed with the youngster's cover of Home To Mama, which Cruz's proud mom posted on her Twitter account last month (Nov16).

Justin tweeted: ''Young Cruz! Great job buddy."
