Cory Monteith retreats to Canada after rehab stay

Actor Cory Monteith has returned to his native Canada to spend some quality time with his girlfriend Lea Michele and his family after completing a stint in rehab.

The Glee star left an undisclosed medical facility last week (ends26Apr13) after voluntarily enrolling in a treatment program to address substance abuse issues, and he was subsequently spotted at Los Angeles International Airport with Michele.

The couple has now resurfaced in Vancouver's Rogers Arena, where the actors were snapped cheering on the Vancouver Canucks ice hockey team on Wednesday (01May13) in game one of the Stanley Cup Playoffs against the San Jose Sharks.

Michele shared a photo of herself dressed in Canucks gear with her Twitter.com followers before the game, but their star presence failed to give their team the boost they needed and they lost to the Sharks 3-1.
