Conor Kennedy among arrested pipeline protesters

Taylor Swift's ex-boyfriend Conor Kennedy was among the protesters arrested on Wednesday (13Feb13) after chaining themselves to the gates of the White House in Washington, D.C.
The 18-year-old son of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. joined demonstrators protesting the construction of an oil pipeline designed to transfer crude oil from Canada to refineries on the Gulf Coast and found himself in handcuffs, alongside his father and actress Daryl Hannah.
A total of 48 campaigners were arrested outside the President's
official residence.
Kennedy and Swift dated briefly last year (12).
