Chris Brown sued by graffiti artist over clothing range
R&B singer Chris Brown has been slapped with a trademark infringement lawsuit over his clothing line.
Graffiti artist Konfused, real name Andre Khazrei, claims he has been using his tag name since 2003, and had it registered for use on T-shirts and other merchandise before Brown started using a similar moniker for his street art.
The Kiss Kiss star has been adding his Konfuzed name on his fashion
range, and now Khazrei is seeking to put a stop to the line amid
fears it is causing confusion among consumers, and he is suing for
damages, reports TMZ.com.
Khazrei points out that Brown himself has also started to mix up
the names by recently signing a street art piece at the Los Angeles
Grammy Museum with an 's' instead of a 'z'.
Brown has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
