Chris Brown's alleged victim recalls 'gun threat incident'

Chris Brown's alleged victim has claimed she had to hide under a car when she ran barefoot from the singer's home after he apparently pulled a gun on her.

The Loyal star is currently in custody at a police station in downtown Los Angeles after being arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.

Model and beauty pageant queen Baylee Curran has hung out with Brown on numerous occasions and was allegedly spending time at his home in Tarzana, California on Tuesday night (30Aug16) when the drama unfolded.

After she started admiring some diamond jewelry in the mansion, Baylee told Extra that she was approached by a man who shouted at her to step away from the accessories.

At that point, "Chris came in, pulled out his gun and said, 'I'm getting so sick of you people,' pointed the gun at me, (and told me) to get the f**k out of the house," Baylee claimed.

She added to E! News: "He was saying, ‘Get the f**k out! Haven't I told you guys enough?' And kind of threatening me with the gun like if I didn't get out he's going to shoot me with it."

After she was allegedly faced with Chris wielding the firearm, Baylee attempted to flee from his home but was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement before she could get back her cellphone, which had been taken from her upon arrival at the property.

Baylee insists she didn't sign anything, and instead grabbed the phone and ran away barefoot, as she also left her shoes inside the house.

"I fled down his driveway," Baylee continued in her interview with Extra. "I went to the left side of the street, went up a couple (of) houses, was running. That’s when the neighbors heard the commotion and saw me out there and then called the police, and that is when I then called the police."

While she was waiting for cops to arrive, Baylee claims she saw a vehicle coming from Chris' driveway, apparently looking for her, so decided to hide underneath a nearby truck until officers arrived.

"I saw a black jeep come down from Chris' driveway toward where I was, where the neighbor was," she said. "I went underneath the nearest vehicle... there I was, literally crawled underneath the car... hid behind the tires, and the jeep came up to the area of that vehicle, turned around and went back up the driveway."

Prior to his arrest, which occurred following a lengthy search of his home by police, the singer took to Instagram to insist he had done nothing wrong.

However, Baylee told Extra she is hopeful he will realize it's in his best interest to "tell the truth".

"I would say to Chris, be the good person that I know you are. He knows what he has done… I would say, just come out with the truth, because I’m sure it will come out one day anyway," Baylee said.
