Chris Brown requests gagging order for baby's mother

Chris Brown has asked a judge to order the mother of his child to keep quiet about the R&B singer and their ongoing family drama.

The Kiss Kiss hitmaker and model Nia Guzman have been locked in a legal battle over child support payments and custody of their daughter Royalty, who turned one in June (15).

They have taken their fight public on social media on several occasions, but now Brown has filed documents to request an injunction forcing Guzman to stop posting about their troubles online, according to TMZ.com.

The former couple is due to appear in court on Friday (11Sep15) to thrash out a custody agreement.
