Chris Brown posters defaced in Sweden
Campaigners in Sweden have taken aim at Chris Brown by defacing posters for the singer's upcoming concert in Stockholm.
Anonymous protesters have covered promotional banners in the capital with a photo of Brown's ex-girlfriend Rihanna, showing her battered and bruised after the vicious 2009 bust-up which left Brown with an assault conviction.
Photos of the stunt have emerged on Twitter.com and are believed to
be the work of anti-domestic violence activists who want the
planned gig at the Ericsson Globe Arena on Monday (19Nov12) to be
called off.
It is not the first time Brown has been targeted by campaigners
against domestic abuse - fake warning stickers appeared on his CDs
in London stores in September (12).
The labels stated, "Warning. Do not buy this album! This man beats
women."
Brown was handed a five-year probation order after he was convicted
of assaulting Rihanna on the eve of the Grammy Awards three years
ago.
