Chris Brown in the clear over nightclub clash
Chris Brown will not face any police action over claims he shoved a woman during a confrontation at a nightclub.
The R&B star hit headlines in June (13) when Deanna Gines alleged he had pushed her to the ground during a night out at the Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim, California.
He later took to Twitter.com to tell fans, "I didn't do anything,"
and now it has emerged cops who investigated Gines' complaint will
not pursue charges against the singer, according to TMZ.com.
Gines alleged she suffered torn ligaments in her right knee as a
result of the incident.
Earlier this month (Aug13), Brown was ordered to complete an
additional 1,000 hours of community service when his probation was
revoked after he was charged over a hit-and-run traffic accident.
He has been under a five-year probation order since assaulting his
then-girlfriend Rihanna on the eve of the Grammy Awards in
2009.
