Chris Brown proudly brought his daughter Royalty to the premiere of his new documentary on Tuesday night (06Jun17).

The 28-year-old singer couldn't hide his delight as he attended the event for his film Chris Brown: Welcome to My Life in Los Angeles with his three-year-old, whose mother is Nia Guzman, in his arms.

Chris looked suave in a green silk vest and matching trousers, while little Royalty was adorable in a white dress featuring a tulle polka dot skirt with a little white bag on her arm as she sucked her thumb.

Chris' mother Joyce Hawkins was also in attendance, beaming as she stood by her son and granddaughter.

The star's documentary features appearances from the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Mike Tyson and Jamie Foxx and gives fans an inside look at the musician's life and career. Chris' antics have made the news over the years, from his assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 to most recently facing allegations of abuse from his recent ex-partner Karrueche Tran.

"This compelling documentary moves beyond the spotlight and past the attention-grabbing headlines to give pop superstar Chris Brown a chance to tell his own story," a description on the film's official website reads. "New interviews with the international phenomenon reveal long-awaited answers about his passion for making music, his tumultuous and much-publicized relationships, and the pitfalls of coming of age in the public eye."
