Chloe Grace Moretz among Time magazine's 25 Most Influential Teens of 2014

Chloe Grace Moretz, Modern Family star Rico Rodriguez and Lorde have been named among the 25 Most Influential Teens of 2014 by editors at Time magazine.

Pop star Austin Mahone, Will Smith's actor son Jaden, singer/rapper Becky G and young Mad Men star Kiernan Shipka have also landed on the second annual, unranked list.

The teen celebrities featured have earned their spot thanks to their impact on Hollywood and the music industry and "their global influence and business acumen".

Moretz responded to the news by tweeting, "thank you @TIME I hope to give back even more and use any influence for positive change, honored to be mentioned!"

And the young actress' mum Teri was just as excited - she added, "My daughter, @ChloeGMoretz was named one of top 25 Influential Teens in the World by TIME magazine. #Congratulations."
