Carrie Underwood has given her ice hockey star husband Mike Fisher a pass to play the gritty sport for at least another two years - because she knows the tough guy can take care of himself during games.
The singer's husband has signed to play for the Nashville Predators in Tennessee for another two years, and Underwood insists she'll be cheering him on among fans, even though he's known for his ice fights.
She says, "I don't enjoy it, but I know he can take care of
himself, and I know he doesn't mind fighting.
"I've learned he's a tough guy. Mike's the kind of guy that does
not complain. He could have, like, a broken ankle, and you'd never
know it."
