Britney Spears is causing a stink in her ongoing perfume war - she has filed a counter-complaint against the branding company bosses suing her for allegedly breaching a deal.
Bosses at Brand Sense Partners are suing the singer for $10 million, claiming she double-crossed them by trying to cut them out of a lucrative scent deal with Elizabeth Arden.
They want Spears to take the stand in court, but her legal team has insisted she is not competent enough to be deposed.
Brand Sense Partners bosses have asked the judge in the case to order Spears to sit for the deposition, and now the pop star is fighting back, claiming the branding firm withheld money due to her for her Radiance perfume.
And in court papers obtained by TMZ.com, Spears insists she he didn't cut the company out of the Arden deal - and they are entitled to commissions.
