Britney Spears planning 'spectacular' 30th birthday

Pop superstar Britney Spears is already planning her upcoming 30th birthday - she wants a "spectacular" celebration to mark her milestone.
The Toxic hitmaker will be in South America as part of her Femme Fatale tour when she turns 30 on 2 December (11) - but she's not letting her concerts get in the way of her party plans.
She tells Britain's Glamour magazine, "I'm really excited and will definitely do something spectacular.
"I'm going to be in South America so I'll have to do something pretty fun. A carnival of Britney? I don't think I'll be doing that! It'll be something a little more low-key."
