Britney Spears appeared on late-night TV on Tuesday (18Aug09) to read out her Top Ten list of ways the world would be different if she were president.The pop star donned a bikini for a short skit on David Letterman's Late Show in which she counted down the changes she'd make if she were elected into the White House.She declared, Free pie for everybody!The 27 year old also promised she'd lure Osama (bin Laden) out of hiding with the irresistible scent of my new fragrance, Circus Fantasy and joked that she'd build a nightclub on the moon by the end of the decade.For her number two vow, Spears deadpanned, Three words: Vice President Diddy, before joking that after becoming President Spears, finally the media would pay some attention to me!
