Bobby Brown's driving license suspended
Troubled singer Bobby Brown's driving license has been suspended following his arrest in Los Angeles last month (Oct12).
The New Edition star, who checked into rehab in August (12) to seek treatment for his addiction issues, was taken into custody on suspicion of drink driving for the second time this year (12) on 24 October (12).
He was later charged for the crime and also for driving on a
restricted license and driving a car without a vehicle interlock
device; both latter charges related to his last DUI bust in March
(12).
The singer has pleaded not guilty to the first count, prompting a
judge to revoke his earlier probation and driving privileges. He
was additionally ordered to attend Alcoholic Anonymous recovery
meetings, reports TMZ.com.
Brown is set to return to court next month (Dec12). If convicted on
the new charges, he faces up to two years behind bars.
