BLACK EYED PEAS VIDEO SHOOT DISRUPTED BY SANDSTORM

The Black Eyed Peas' new video shoot had to be abandoned on Wednesday (13Jan09) after the band was caught in a sandstorm in the Californian desert.

The group was shooting the promo for its next singe just outside of Los Angeles when the wind whipped up the sand.

Frontwoman Fergie, clad in a black robotic-themed leotard, was protected by a minder, while her bandmates will.i.am, Taboo and apl.de.ap also halted their work on the video, according to Britain's Daily Mail.
