Beyonce salutes Frank Ocean

Beyonce has joined the celebrities offering R&B star Frank Ocean their support after he opened up about his sexuality last week.

Ocean posted an open letter to fans on his Tumblr.com page revealing his first love was a man, prompting stars like Scissor Sisters frontman Jake Shears, Pete Wentz and Beyonce's sister Solange to salute the Odd Future bandmember.

And Beyonce, whose song I Miss You was penned by the talented Ocean, offered her support over the weekend in an online letter.

Over a photograph of Ocean, Beyonce wrote, "Be fearless. Be honest. Be generous. Be brave. Be poetic. Be open. Be free. Be yourself. Be in love. Be happy. Be inspiration."
