BEYONCE GIVES AWAY TICKETS TO LONDON CONCERT

Beyonce has made history by giving away all the tickets to a London show.

The R&B superstar brought her I Am... tour to the British capital for two gigs this weekend (14-15Nov09) - and every person attending Sunday's (15Nov09) 02 Arena will be part of history.

Fans of the Irreplaceable hitmaker were notified on Friday (13Nov09) that they could pick up a trio of tickets to her Sunday concert if they came across the street performers, nicknamed Beyonce Buskers, and made a donation. Beyonce Buskers only perform songs by the former Destiny's Child star.

A tour spokeswoman says, "We've been very generous. We held these tickets back from the concert. The other 13,000 tickets were won by competition winners. It's the first time tickets for a gig at the O2 have completely been given away.

"Some people have donated as little as 10p ($0.16), but others have given up to £10 ($16)."
