BEN FOSTER HAS WILDERNESS VACATION AFTER EVERY FILM

Movie star Ben Foster disappears into the wilderness after each movie role - so he can relax and get back to nature.

The 3:10 to Yuma star is a lifelong fan of meditative techniques and he takes his longing for peace and quiet to the extremes when he wraps a movie.

He tells WENN, "I just spent two weeks in Northern California with big redwoods in a trailer talking to the trees, getting quiet, walking around.

"I have my little propane tank and I pee on trees. My brother was there and it was great and he lives in a yurt (camping home) and we'd just chainsaw things and take walks and screw things together.

"The wind was wicked so we had to keep stoking the fire; simple stuff you know. You get humbled when you're around nature. That saves me."
