Kristen Bell always studies hard for her auditions - because she's terrified she'll never land another role. The actress shot to fame on the small screen, playing the lead in Veronica Mars before moving onto Heroes and a voiceover on Gossip Girl. She's since gone on to star in several movies - but Bell admits she constantly worries about her next job. The 29 year old says, "I've had a great ride these past couple of years but I definitely have that 'Never Going To Work Again' syndrome. "Those negative thoughts are constantly swirling in my head, and I don't think they ever really go away. But, I'm very grateful for my career, and I'm very ambitious, very determined."
