Ashley Roberts wept while escorting Kimberly Wyatt down the aisle

Former Pussycat Dolls star Ashley Roberts broke down in tears during bridesmaid duties at her former bandmate Kimberly Wyatt's wedding over the weekend (22-23Feb14).

The singer/dancer wed model Max Rogers in England on Saturday (22Feb14), and Roberts acted as her maid of honour.

However, the big day was emotional for Roberts, who started weeping as she followed her friend down the aisle.

She tells U.K. TV show Lorraine, "She was the first one (to marry) out of all of us and we were friends before we even got in the Dolls, and I got emotional. I was the maid of honour and I walked down that aisle and I just lost it. Max looked at me and was like, 'Don't do it!' It was a beautiful, beautiful day."

The pair joined the group in 2003 and performed together until 2010. They have since carved out TV careers in the U.K., with Wyatt acting as a judge on Got To Dance and Roberts sitting on the panel of Dancing on Ice.
