Amy Winehouse faces paying her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil $3.6 million as a divorce settlement - after she admitted cheating on him during their marriage.

The Back to Black hitmaker's two-year union with Fielder-Civil was ended at London's High Court on Thursday (16Jul09) when a judge granted the couple a decree nisi.It means if no further evidence is submitted to the court within the next six weeks, their divorce will be formally rubber-stamped.Blake Fielder-Civil filed for divorce in January (09), citing Amy Winehouse's adultery after he saw pictures of her cavorting with another man on holiday in St Lucia.And after Thursday's hearing, it emerged Amy Winehouse had confessed to cheating on her husband - eight months before the divorce petition was lodged. In court papers, Blake Fielder-Civil is asked to outline his reasons for the divorce, and states: The respondent confessed the adultery to me in April 2008.In a separate document, Amy Winehouse is asked: Do you admit the adultery alleged in the petition?, and answers: Yes.No name is given for the person she had an affair with.Blake Fielder-Civil, who now lives in Nottinghamshire, England, also states he finds it intolerable living with the singer, and they have not shared a home since April 2008.Amy Winehouse, who has an estimated $15 million fortune, has agreed to pay for the cost of the divorce proceedings. Reports estimate she will have to hand Fielder-Civil $3.6 million as a settlement.
