Amanda Seyfried would love to be cast in the Broadway production Wicked, but feels she would need "another two years of voice lessons" before she could pull it off.
The actress is eyeing another musical role after showing off her vocal chops playing Cosette in the Oscar-winning movie adaptation of Les Miserables.
Seyfried dreams of one day starring on stage in Wicked, but insists her singing abilities aren't quite up to Broadway standards.
She tells EOnline.com, "To be honest with you, nobody would put me in that (Wicked). I would have to take another two years of voice lessons before I could do that... I'd like to do something where there's one character who has one big song - a soprano song - but I don't know what that would be."
The blonde beauty was in negotiations to make her Broadway debut in the Neil LaBute play The Shape of Things, but talks fell through last year (12).
She adds, "I wanted to do it, but it didn't end up working out. We had a director but no co-star. But I gotta get on stage, man. I'd love it."
