Actress Ashley Jones pregnant

Actress Ashley Jones is expecting her first child.

The Old School star and her husband, Joel Henricks, will welcome their first child together in May (16).

The 39-year-old tells People.com, "Becoming a mother has been a lifelong dream of mine. It seems surreal that it's now happening. Although life as we know it will forever change, Joel and I can't wait to meet this baby."

The tot will be a half-brother or sister for Henricks' three-year-old son Huck, from a previous relationship, and the toddler cannot wait to meet his sibling.

"Huck asks every few days, 'Is the baby still in your tummy?'" Jones laughs. "He latched on to the notion of being a big brother immediately. Now, he's just ready to put all this talk into action."

Jones, also known for her roles in the soap operas General Hospital and The Bold and the Beautiful, got engaged to Henricks last year (15) and they wed in a small ceremony last month (Feb16).

She was previously married to actor Noah Nelson, son of screen star Craig T. Nelson. They divorced in 2009 after seven years of marriage.
