Actor Marcus T. Paulk arrested for DUI

Actor Marcus T. Paulk is facing a new legal woe after he was arrested in Arizona on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI).

The former Moesha star was pulled over by Maricopa County Sheriff's deputies in the early hours of Sunday (01Feb15) after officers reportedly spotted him driving erratically during a routine traffic stop.

He failed a field sobriety test and allegedly confessed to drinking at a pre-Super Bowl bash and smoking marijuana earlier in the day, according to TMZ.com.

Paulk, 28, was also booked for drug possession after a bag of pot was said to have been found during the police stop.

The actor is no stranger to the law - he was arrested in 2013 on domestic violence charges, but struck a plea deal with Los Angeles authorities a year ago to avoid jail time.

Paulk is best known for playing singer/actress Brandy's onscreen younger brother in TV sitcom Moesha.
