Aaron Carter extends stage role

Former child star Aaron Carter is celebrating after extending his run in his acclaimed stint on the New York stage.
The 23-year-old I Want Candy singer has been thrilling Off-Broadway audiences in The Fantasticks at the Snapple Theater Center since November (11) - and bosses have signed him up for an additional three months.
Aaron Carter says, "Eight times every week I get to perform with an
amazingly talented cast in the greatest musical ever written! I'm
thrilled to extend my run in this classic show."
The singer was originally set to end his stage tenure on 22 January
(12), but will now star in the show until 22 April (12).
