Former child star Aaron Carter was back on stage in New York on Friday night (02Mar12) after missing several performances of his Off-Broadway show due to ill health.
The pop star-turned-actor was forced to take a break from his role in The Fantasticks after coming down with a nasty bout of strep throat, but he has now rejoined the cast at Manhattan's Snapple Theater Center.
In a post on Twitter.com on Friday, he wrote, "I'm happy to
announce that I'll be back in to start performing... Tonight!"
before adding after the show, "Just getting home from a great show
and it's rainy outside. NYC. Blessed. Now it's time (for) Chinese
food order in and a movie... Night night."
