50 Cent has 'lost faith' in record label
Rapper 50 Cent has refused to promote his new album after losing "all the faith" in executives at his record label.
The In Da Club hitmaker was busy working on his next musical release until he had a heated exchange with Interscope chiefs last May (11), accusing them of "moving in slow motion".
He dropped plans to launch his fifth studio album later in 2011,
and it's set to hit shelves this year (12) - but 50 Cent has told
fans he will not be supporting his record, instead focusing on his
next movie project.
In a series of posts on his Twitter.com page, he writes, "I have
lost all the faith in the team I'm on. I having nothing left to
say, I will not be promoting my music.
"I'm going to deliver this album then. I have a film I wrote to
focus on. I'm not upset I'm just convinced this is not how I want
to remembered."
