5 Seconds of Summer star returns to the stage after fire

5 Seconds Of Summer star Michael Clifford returned to the stage on Sunday (14Jun15) to play another show at London's Wembley Arena just 24 hours after a pyrotechnic display at the venue set his hair on fire.

The Australian band played its second of a planned three gigs at the arena on Saturday night (13Jun15), but the concert was abandoned when guitarist Clifford was engulfed in flames after stepping too close to a flame-throwing device.

Clifford later took to Instagram.com to post a picture of his face covered in bandages on Instagram.com, and on Sunday he tweeted, "Feeling loads better and my face is fine."

Later that day he bravely returned to the same stage where the incident occurred to play the band's third and final Wembley concert after he was given the all clear by doctors, but the band dropped the pyrotechnic display from the show.

Following the gig, Clifford took to Twitter.com to thank fans for their support, writing, "There's been a lot of love spread around lately, thank you all so much. All of us boys appreciate everything you do!... Thank you for tonight Wembley!! You were amazing."
