CONRAD'S DESIGNER COLLECTION DUMPED BY U.S. BOUTIQUE

THE HILLS star LAUREN CONRAD's fashion line has been dropped from an exclusive U.S. boutique - after the collection failed to prove a hit with shoppers.

Conrad's self-titled clothing range, The Lauren Conrad Collection, was picked up by celebrity favourite store Kitson in Hollywood.

But after failing to shift the items, Kitson bosses have decided to dump the line altogether, according to Access Hollywood.

It's not the first time a celebrity's collection has failed to attract attention from Kitson clients - Victoria Beckham's dVb Jeans range was scrapped in April (08) following complaints of poor sales and a lack of promotional work from the star.
