SUVARI: 'I'M WAS AFRICAN IN A PAST LIFE'

Actress MENA SUVARI is convinced she was African in a former life, because she feels mysteriously drawn the continent.

The actress is a Goodwill Ambassador For The African Medical And Research Foundation (AMREF), which focuses on health issues affecting women and children.

And the 28-year-old confesses there is a good reason she chose to support that particular charity.

Suvari says, "I've always been very close to Africa - I don't know, it's like, past-life stuff. I'm very passionate about the culture and the appreciation that they have for life."
