If Hollywood had a prom queen, Vanessa Hudgens would wear the crown! Born in Salinas, CA on December 14, 1988, Hudgens rose to fame after starring as the beautiful and intelligent Gabriella Montez in Disney’s High School Musical. This brown-eyed-beauty began acting and singing at the age of 8, starring in local productions around her hometown and landing small roles in films like Thirteen and Thunderbirds. In 2006, High School Musical mania took over the nation and Hudgens became every young girls idol and every young boys’ dream! However, she captured the heart of her co-star Zac Efron and the two soon became America’s favorite young couple! Hudgens began her music career and released her debut album, V, in late 2006. Her sophomore album, Identified, was released July 1, 2008 She has continued to reprise her role as Gabriella in High School Musical 2 and 3, as well as a starring role in the film Rock On alongside Lisa Kudrow in 2009. Hudgens is one of Hollywood’s hottest young stars and we give this High School Musical star an A+!

• She once got mobbed while shopping in Hollister with Ashley Tisdale and Miley Cyrus. They closed the store down for the three of them so they could shop.
