This former high school jock moved out to Los Angeles only a few weeks after graduation, and it's a good thing he did! Almost immediately he earned a small role in the Michael Bay film Pearl Harbor. Sean received guest star stints in "Smallville" and "One Tree Hill," eventually earning leading roles in two television series: "Life As We Know It" and "Reunion." Although neither of the shows lasted more than a season, they helped establish Sean as one to watch in the new wave of young Hollywood talent.
Now, Sean is putting his athletic and acting chops to good use as the star of sports films such as Never Back Down and Forever Strong. Despite his extensive experience as an athlete, Sean had to train rigorously up to seven hours a day to get in top physical shape for both of his roles as a mixed martial artist and a rugby player. The multi-talented actor doesn't seem to mind though, and was eager to discuss his enduring love of sports when Young Hollywood caught up with him at Lotus Lounge. Sounds like he's found a way to get the best of both worlds!
He says he addicted to his Xbox.
Not only is he gorgeous, but he was also a sports guy in high school doing it all including soccer, basketball, and baseball!
He produced his first movie The Glass Eye in 2009.
