RACHEL MCADAMS

This Canadian beauty was born on November 17, 1978, in London, Ontario. Rachel began acting at twelve years old when she attended a summer theatre camp. She continued to act in school plays and graduated from York University with a degree in theater.

Rachel broke into the Hollywood movie scene in the 2002 comedy, The Hot Chick. However, it was not until she starred as Regina George in the hit movie, Mean Girls, that she really became a star. Her fame continued to grow with starring roles in Wedding Crashers, Red Eye, The Family Stone. Rachel became the envy of many girls when she starred in The Notebook alongside Ryan Gosling. After seeing this movie, girls everywhere hoped that they could be like Rachel's character and have a great love story of their own. Her acting career has continued to be successful with roles in The Time Traveler's Wife and Sherlock Holmes. With her beauty, brains, and tremendous acting skill, it will be exciting to see what Rachel does next!
