At a young age, Kirsten began modeling and appearing in television commercials. She then broke into movies at the age of twelve in, Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles, and received critical praise for her work. Also, Kirsten was one lucky girl on this movie as she received her first kiss from hottie Brad Pitt! Kirsten’s fame continued to rise as she appeared in a huge string of movies including: Little Women, Jumanji, and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Kirsten has played a vast range of roles throughout her career. For example, she played the troubled teenager, Lux, in the independent film, The Virgin Suicides, and then played the peppy, cheerleading captain, Torrance, in the teenage hit, Bring It On.

Kirsten has been famous since she was a child, but she continued to shoot further into stardom by playing Peter Parker's love interest, Mary Jane Watson, in the SpidermanSpiderman films are her most successful films to date and she has garnered much attention from them. Besides starring in the Spiderman films, she continues to act in a variety of films including: Wimbledon, Elizabethtown, Marie Antoinette and How to Lose Friends & Alienate People.
