JESSE METCALFE BIO

Jesse Metcalfe

Born: December 9, 1978

Waterford, Connecticut

Jesse Metcalfe first captured viewer’s hearts with his handsome looks

on the daytime drama “Passions,” where he got his first on screen role

in the late-‘90s. After five years Jesse decided it was time to leave

the soap so he auditioned for a role on a new TV show “Desperate

Housewives.” He was originally turned down the part to play alongside

Eva Longoria Parker, but after she complained there was no chemistry

between her and Kyle Searles, Jesse received the role.

He finally got his big screen debut in 2006 when he was cast the

leading role in the movie John Tucker Must Die. This was an easy

choice for director, Betty Thomas. With his charm, dark hair and good

looks, who better to cast than a handsome hunk like Jesse? Since then

he has had roles in Loaded, Insanitarium, Town Creek, The Other

End of the Line, and the recent Beyond a Reasonable Doubt alongside well-known actor Michael Douglas, which makes this one Jesse Metcalfe movie you won’t want to miss!
